Functions and other events...

Queenstown catering is of course on our doorstep and we can also cover all Wanaka catering needs as this is our home ground also - in fact we can do catering anywhere...

Apart from movies, TV commercials and documentaries, Flying Trestles cater for weddings, celebrations, events of any nature inc. corporate, and often in very remote locations.

Used to handling lots of variety we have catered for New Zealand's last prime minister, Helen Clark, and for a formal five course dinner on top of the Remarkables mountain range near Queenstown [see photo below]

Flying Trestles followed a number of events such as the Eco Challenge multi-sport race for a number of days, feeding the organisers, competitors and support crews, and have also catered for large motorsport, horse trek and pony club events.

The challenge is what it is all about, and the more difficult the logistics of an event, the better we like it!
